YOUR OWN SEMINAR CONTENT

Planning for the seminars will begin soon. Please contact Paul Merki (p.merki@cropfactory.ch) immediately to clarify whether we can incorporate your content into the program.

Conditions for free seminars
With a stand area of 35 m2 or more, an exhibitor is entitled to a seminar or product demo slot with free content in a room with up to 50 participants.

If less than 35 m2 is booked, you can still offer a free seminar. This will incur a charge of CHF 20.00 per seminar participant. These costs will be invoiced on the final invoice after the event. The seminar will then be branded with the manufacturer's logo (logo with link below). We can also apply other price schemes. For further info, please contact: info@digitalevent.ch

Chargeable seminars
If the seminars are chargeable, we pay the exhibitor or the seminar leader the course leader's fee. (→ according to fee table ).
Branding for chargeable seminars: CHF 100.- (logo with link below)

LIVE SHOOTING STAGE

We will provide a public shooting stage. You can book one or more time slots for 30 minutes free of charge and present one of your ambassadors in a live shoot.

CREATIVE STUDIOS

We will set up 3 Creative Studios (photo studios where visitors can take their own photos) in the lower mall. If you have an ambassador who would like to offer help with photography in one of these studios for 1-2 hours, please let us know.

PICTURE EXHIBITIONS

Traditionally, we always exhibit pictures at digitalEVENT. We are therefore open to high-quality pictures from ambassadors of digitalEVENT exhibitors. if you have suitable exhibition pictures, please contact us immediately:

SENSORCLEANING

The sensor cleaning service is subject to a charge for visitors. The price is:
Sensor cleaning: CHF 25 per camera
Lens cleaning: CHF 5 per lens

50% of the revenue goes to the respective provider.

For a sensor cleaning, a visitor must purchase a ticket on our ticket platform Evenfrog.ch. These tickets can be checked and validated by the respective cleaning stations using the ticket app. All information for the cleaning teams can be found here:
